Please Note Monaco Salon’s Cancellation Policy

Your reservations are very important to our artists at Monaco Salon in Tampa. Time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your reservation, we miss the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waiting list.


As a courtesy, Monaco Salon sends a reminder via text 48 hours prior to your reservation. Monaco Salon ALSO gives a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your reservation. If we are unable to reach you, or unable to leave a voicemail, please understand the ultimately you are responsible for your reservation.

Hair extension reservations, ALL color services, Keratin smoothing treatments, Awapuhi Keratriplex treatments, texture waving, and relaxers will require a credit card to HOLD the reservation.


  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your reservation.
  • Cancelling your reservation with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • NO SHOW reservations will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our guests on standby of availability and also helps to keep our artists’ schedules filled. Monaco Salon’s policies are provided to ensure quality of service and an excellent experience to our established guests and to our future guests.
