Please Note Monaco Salon’s Cancellation Policy
Your reservations are very important to our artists at Monaco Salon. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have established the following cancellation/rescheduling policy.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we miss the opportunity to accommodate other guests on our waiting lists. As a courtesy, Monaco Salon sends a reminder via text and email (if enabled) prior to your reservation. Monaco Salon ALSO gives a courtesy call 48 hours prior to your reservation if you do not respond via text. If we are unable to reach out, or unable to leave a voicemail, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for your reservation.
All reservations will require a credit card and completed Guest Information Form to HOLD the reservation for your appointment. For all new guest reservations, a deposit of up to $100 (not to exceed the starting price of the service booked) will be applied. This deposit is non-refundable when cancelling within 48 hours of the reservation. On the day of your appointment, this deposit will be applied as a credit towards your service invoice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
For all hair extension reservations: Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $200 cancellation fee.
For all other reservations: Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $100 fee.
The cancellation and rescheduling policy allows us to inform our guests on standby of availability and helps to keep our artists’ schedules filled. Monaco’s policies are provided to ensure quality of service and an excellent experience to our established guests and to our future guests.
By agreeing to our cancellation policy, you authorize Monaco Salons to charge applicable cancellation fees to the card collected upon scheduling your reservation.
