Because gift card purchases are made through our front desk software, you may request a physical gift card at the salon, or we can add the amount as a credit to your account. We can also check your balance.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Gift cards are specific to a location, either Dale Mabry location or Bay-to-Bay, and must be redeemed at that location.

• Gift cards never expire.
• Gift cards may be used for services only. Not valid for retail, hair purchases, packages, membership fees, other promotions, gratuities, or same-day appointments. 
• Gift cards must be redeemed at the location they were purchased.
• Gift cards must be assigned to one guest name and cannot be shared.
• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Gift cards may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Guests may choose a physical gift card or have the amount added as account credit.
