With genius wefts, thin to medium hair can wear beaded row weft extensions
Genius wefts, also called ultra wefts, are a type of weft hair used for beaded row extensions. They are incredibly thin, flat and lightweight. They are gaining in popularity because not only are they super comfortable, they work really well for fine hair. And that's great news for women who want a long-wearing extension for their thin to medium hair.
How are genius wefts different than other wefts?
Weft extensions typically use either a hand tied weft, or a denser machine finished weft. Genius wefts are really changing the game because we can trim the weft at any length along the band and it won't unravel! This allows us to customize the application into lighter, finer pieces. The perfect fit and no wasted hair!
Traditional wefts contain return hairs, or a mustache, which is a term for those short hairs at the top of the band. With genius wefts, there's no mustache, which is key for clients with thinner hair. No irritation!
